    Terms Of Sale

    Our terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice on accounts approved for credit by our credit department. If an account is not approved for open charges, orders will be shipped on a C.O.D. or Credit Card basis. Accounts with past due balances will be on a credit card only basis. There will be a charge of $25.00 for returned checks under $300.00 and the account will be placed on a credit card-only basis. Checks over $300.00 will be charged the maximum allowed by law. All currencies are based on the U.S. Dollar.

    As an added convenience, we will accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. To pay by credit card, choose Credit Card during Checkout.

    Prices do not include installation, inspection, or test. All prices are subject to change without notice.

    Return Policy

    All returns must be requested within 30 days non-warranty returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus refurbishing costs, if required. Non-stocked items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Cincinnati, OH, Orlando, FL, Reno, NV, Santa Fe Springs, CA (Unless otherwise specified by L & J Fire Equipment.)

    Shipping and Handling

  • Small parcel orders of $1000.00 or more to a single location are freight-free within the Continental United States (excludes cabinets, recharging compounds and hazardous materials).
  • Truck line shipments of $5000.00 or more to a single location are freight-free within the Continental United States.
  • Pallets of Extinguishers are freight-free to most areas.

    • Export Compliance

    Buyer agrees that it shall comply with all export compliance laws and regulations with respect to products it purchases from, or information it obtains from, L & J Fire Equipment, LLC. This includes but is not limited to, compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the sanctions and embargoes maintained by the Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC), and any other applicable laws and regulations related to the export or deemed export of goods or information.
